- Kanye West has been sparking controversy — and possible relationship drama — with his Twitter rants.
- Recently, West ended a tweet with, "Now ima go watch the Cavs."
- Tristan Thompson, the allegedly unfaithful boyfriend of Khloe Kardashian, plays basketball for the Cleveland Cavaliers.
- Many people interpreted this tweet as West declaring support for Thompson.
- Kim Kardashian West is reportedly against the reconciliation of Thompson and her sister, so people are wondering how she might react to West's subtle message.
You may have heard that Kanye West has returned to Twitter in a characteristically dramatic fashion. The rap icon has been sparking plenty of controversy — and possible relationship drama— with his perplexing stream of consciousness. He even lost followers like Rihanna and Drake after posting a photo of himself in a "Make America Great Again" hat.
Given that Kim Kardashian West was a devoted supporter of Hillary Clinton, these might be troubled times in the Kardashian West household. Kim has seemingly denied rumors that she is upset with her husband, but a recent tweet might have her rethinking things.
On Wednesday night, West posted a tweet that ended with the phrase, "Now ima go watch the Cavs."
that's the last tweet of the day. I did that one for my god-brother Puff. Now ima go watch the Cavs.

Tristan Thompson, the allegedly unfaithful boyfriend of Khloe Kardashian, plays basketball for the Cleveland Cavaliers. Naturally, some interpreted this tweet as West declaring support for Thompson.
Although West did not specifically mention Thompson in the tweet, many thought it suspicious that he would randomly throw in a reference to the Cavaliers at the end of 82-tweet streak on Wednesday — especially considering the intense scrutiny that Thompson has been under since Khloe gave birth to their first child.

@kanyewest R u supporting a lying, cheat that have deeply hurt your sister-in-law @khloekardashian or r u supporting her through the roughist time in her life? U talk about love, compassion & empathy but tweeting that u r watching Cavs isn't loyal to Khloè at all, it's hurtful!

What if the only reason Kanye is out here doing the most to distract us from the Khloe & Tristan drama.

Kim has stationed herself in the middle of the fray since West began tweeting again, but it's unclear how she will respond to this particular affront. An anonymous source told Us Weekly that Kim has been feeling "very protective" over her husband in the midst of his Twitter drama, but that Wednesday's tirade "took it to another level."
"At the end [of] Kanye's Twitter rants on Wednesday, he said he was going to watch the Cavaliers. This of course upset Kim, but she refused to give Kanye the attention he wanted from the post," the source told Us Weekly.
After the cheating scandal broke, a separate source told People that both Kim and West were furious with Thompson and "find his behavior disgusting."
It's possible that West is simply a fan of the team — but considering he's very proud of his Chicago roots, this seems unlikely.
